Benchmark Portal
Benchmarking is one of many steps in "Knowledge Management" and critical to knowing where improvements need to be made. The Goal of the Benchmarking Knowledge reports is to provide a view of critical information, which can be used by AESO (implementing tactical plans related to management of the SSC), by LSAs (monitoring competitive performance indices against performance standards) by Retailers (providing a tool to bridge the information gap), and by the MSA/DOE (to help the government gauge the health of the industry). To gain access to the Benchmark Portal, register online or contact the Help Desk to obtain a guest username and password.
