ZYNXX - Overview

ZYNXX is a fully integrated web-based solution designed to manage all aspects of an REA's electricity portfolio. Leveraging the features of the Retail Invoicing and Load Settlement software developed by UTILITYnet, ZYNXX takes advantage of the robust infrastructure currently used by wide cross section of customers who are today buying and selling electricity and gas in Alberta's deregulated market.

REAs can aggregate their consumption in order to acquire power at the most economically feasible price. ZYNXX will take control of all administrative back-office functions: enrollment, load settlement, invoicing, reconciliation and customer care.

With ZYNXX, REAs have the power to improve asset use, enhance member service and reduce operational and financial risk.
