There are main 4 business modules: all interconnected to offer REAs a fully integrated utility business service.

- Retail Invoicing (monthly member billing & management of accounts receivables), plus
- Load Settlement (providing information in support of the REA’s hedging strategies, wholesale reconciliation & margin analysis).

| The web-based ‘utility in a box’ solution enables users to independently manage a wide scope of business data issues, including; the REA MDM address book, DSO and WSP services including planned outages, enrollment, RRO & Affiliated Retail customer retail billing and collections plus the aggregation of load & management of hedges. ZYNXX transaction management software is run as an ASP solution, thus providing REAs an automated ‘hands-free service’ with no hardware or software to buy and maintain. |
