Transaction Management

Behind-the-scene, ZYNXX leverages the transaction processing engine of UTILITYnet's Retail Invoice Settlement System (RISS) and Process Control Application, known as ISIS. These core applications are used to process, check and validate all input meter data received from REA members, managing System Settlement Code (SSC) data, including the automation and auditing of all REA transactions between the appropriate Load Settlement Agent (LSA) and the Power Pool. Data validation and consistency checks are continually performed to ensure the customers invoices are correct. ZYNXX employs ISIS in the management of member transactional information; such as customer profile class, loss group, energize status plus distributing the information (on demand) and organizing the data for the running of settlement, allocation of fees and eventual archiving the data.
